Enamel paint RAL 6003 Оlivgrün (Olive Green) Olive-green Arcus 204 RAL 6003 Olive green color: -RAL 6003 Olivgrün was officially introduced as a camouflage color in 1943 according to the official Wehrmacht instructions AHM 1943, Blatt 9 of 7 April 1943, No. 322 (OKH (Ch H Rüst u. BdE), 3 April 1943 - 72/88 /16 - In 2 (V). -For a short time in 1943, RAL 6003 Olivgrün could be used to apply camouflage patches to Dunkelgrau Nr. 46 was used as the main camouflage color of German vehicles. -RAL 6003 Olivgrün replaced RLM 62 Grün , which was temporarily used for the newly introduced 3-tone camouflage of German AFVs in February-April 1943 according to AHM 1943, Blatt 5 of 22 February 1943, No. 181 (OKH (Ch d H Rüst u . BdE), February 18, 1943 - 72/88/1 - In 2 (V)). This scheme involved applying camouflage stains RLM 82 and RAL 8017 Rotbraun over a Dunkelgelb nach Muster base. -From April 1943, RAL 6003 Olivgrün was used to paint camouflage spots on German vehicles together with RAL 8017 Rotbraun over a base coat of RAL 7028 Dunkelgelb , according to AHM 1943, Blatt 9 of 7 April 1943, No. 322 (OKH (Ch H H Rüst u . BdE), April 3, 1943 - 72/88/16 - In 2 (V)). -RAL 6003 Olivgrün, according to the regulation of the Oberkommandos des Heeres HVBl. 1945 Teil B, Blatt 4 of 12 February 1945, No. 52 (OKH, 24 January 1945 - 70 k 10/10 - WaA/Wa Chef Ing 1/V), was to be a new base coat to replace RAL 7028 , which was used for this purpose. -RAL 6003 Olivgrün was used as the base color of German WWII vehicles according to the Tarnbild (Camouflage Master) pattern (Tarnanstrich), or the so-called German ambush camouflage of the end of WWII. -In 1945, due to lack of paint supplies and rush production --RAL 6003 could also be used as the only color of German cars. -RAL 6003 Olive Green along with RAL 7021 Schwarzgrau and FS 34079 Forest Green were used to paint the camouflage patches of the 3-tone German Green Norm-83 aircraft camouflage used in the 1980s and 1990s, including on export aircraft , such as F-104s delivered to Greece. -RAL 6003 Olive Green was also used in the Norm-84 scheme, simplifying the Norm 83 scheme, using only RAL 6003 Olivgrün and RAL 7021 Schwarzgrau, and the color FS was no longer used
