If the surface you want to apply the flat decal to is curved like a shoulder pad, your decal may crease. To avoid this, apply GSW Decal Softener once the decal is in place. Allow the softener to react and it will help remove wrinkles as it adapts to the curved surface underneath. Repeat this step 2-3 times until the wrinkles are removed.
Blot excess with a cotton swab to remove any liquid trapped between the decal and the surface. Run a tampon over the sticker so that it does not come off the surface. You can also use a paper towel to press the sticker in a circular motion to remove excess liquid. With GSW Decal Softener, embossing cuts to remove wrinkles on your decal will not be necessary.
