Geschützwagen IVb für 10.5cm leFH 18/1 (Sf) is a German prototype self-propelled gun of the Second World War. The length of the car was 5.9 meters, and the width was 2.87 meters. The drive was provided by one Maybach HL66P engine with a capacity of 320 hp. The maximum speed of the car on the road reached 45 km/h. The car's mileage was about 250 kilometers. Armament consisted of one howitzer leFH18 / 1 cal. 105 mm. The Geschützwagen IVb für 10.5cm leFH 18/1 (Sf) was developed on the basis of many components of the Pz.Kpfw. IV reservoir. However, the hull was shortened, a new power plant was used and a completely different tower was placed on top. After a series of field tests, serial production was withdrawn. Only 8 prototypes of this machine were produced. The reason for not starting this production was, first of all, a change in the requirements set by the German armed forces for machines of this type. All released copies were sent to hostilities on the Eastern Front. Not a single copy of this car has survived to this day.
