Assembled model 1:35 howitzer Skoda 100mm vz 14 Howitzer IBG Models 35026

The Skoda vz.14 (Skoda houfnice vz 14) was an Austro-Hungarian and later Czechoslovakian 100 mm towed howitzer of World War I, the interwar period and World War II. The rifle went into production in 1914. The total length of the weapon was 1.93 meters, and the weight in the combat position was 1350 kilograms. The maximum flight range was 8400 meters. Skoda vz.14 was developed for the needs of the Austro-Hungarian armed forces as a new, light howitzer that supports the activities of its own infantry. The weapon was characterized by good parameters, relative ease of operation and a high degree of reliability. It was widely used by the troops of the Danube Monarchy during the First World War, both on the Eastern Front and in battles with Serbia or on the Italian front. After 1918, many howitzers of this type were confiscated by Italy as war reparations. It is worth noting that in 1919, a modernized version of the howitzer appeared under the marking Skoda vz.14 / 19, which was exported - already from independent Czechoslovakia - including to Greece, Yugoslavia and Poland.
