DW35002 The Sd.Ah.115 was a heavy 2-axle transport trailer designed to transport German armored vehicles that were in service at the time. With a declared carrying capacity of 10 tons, the Sd.Ah.115 could transport a wide range of vehicles.
In fact, old photos show a wide variety of vehicle loads on Sd.Ah.115. An earlier 8-ton version was first used during the Spanish Civil War. A 10-ton version was deployed to transport the lighter Panzer I and II tanks in the early years of World War II. As the Wehrmacht advanced across Europe, the Sd.Ah.115 could be seen carrying a variety of non-German equipment.
Some specimens even survived the war and can be seen during the rebuilding of Europe after the war.
