[Includes] : Photo-etched parts, decals for 4 versions Takom seems to be working on all possible variants of self-propelled guns and self-propelled guns based on the Panzer III chassis. In the Blitz series, Takom offers kits that are just right for beginners, with no small parts and no complicated construction steps. But these sets are distinguished by very good details and a pleasant price. So what's in the box, as always with fantastic box art from Jason? A total of eight sprues appear; Upper and lower case, casemate, casemate roof, copper cable material, PE circuit board and sticker sheet. And as always, typical instructions for assembling a "mini". Here, too, Takom presents cast parts at a very high level. No leaks, no distortion, but clean, crisp and sharp details, few dropout points, some filigree and small components with excellent surface structure - they are in no way inferior to other sets from Takom. There are some small seams separating from the mold on some parts, but nothing serious. The lower part of the case consists of a single piece and already speeds up the construction tremendously. That said, the details of the full bath are absolutely gorgeous. Swivel brackets are inserted and glued separately. So we don't have a moving drive - that doesn't make sense either, since tracks are made up of segments and individual chain links. The upper strand of the chain, which already has a little slack, is well done. Separate links serve for rotations of the driving and idler wheels.
The quality of the chains is again excellent - sharp and finely detailed. Although the individual links are near perfect, the current pattern shows one or two push marks on the inside of the segment threads that need to be removed. Takom did it better. A bit unlucky. The rollers, drive and guide wheels are also very well and detailed sprayed. The rollers are located on two sprues each, which makes cleaning relatively easy. The quality of double rollers is at a height! Fine, clean details, including different levels of rims, offset rubber with very fine "Continental" lettering. The manufacturer's inscription can also be found on the rubber bands of the support roller.
