OV-10A Bronco
Light attack aircraft of the US Marine Corps The first OV-10A Bronco prototype flew in July 1965. After flight tests, the aircraft was put into serial production. The U.S. Air Force ordered 109 aircraft, and the U.S. Marine Corps ordered another 76.
After the war in Vietnam, the aircraft remained in service with aviation units and were modernized over time. The OV-10A Marines received the AN/APR-39 digital threat warning system, which monitors the environment for radar signals and alerts the crew to dangerous radiation sources. In addition, the AN/ALQ-144 “Disco Light” infrared jammer and the AN/ALE-39 countermeasures metering system were installed on these aircraft. Aircraft converted in this way took part in the operation "Desert Storm" in the winter of 1991. This operation was the last episode of the combat use of OV-10 Bronco aircraft in the aviation of the US Marine Corps, and in 1994 they were finally withdrawn from its combat composition.
