Assembly model 1:35 tank T-40 Light Tank Hobby Boss 83825

The T-40 was based on the T-37 and T-38 with some improvements. The horizontal spring suspension used on the T-38 was replaced by a more advanced torsion bar suspension, and it had four pairs of support skids. The boat-shaped hull was welded, abandoning the riveted hull of the T-37 and T-38. The welded conical turret improved protection somewhat, although the armor was still very thin. It was armed with a 12.7 mm DShK heavy machine gun, which was more powerful than the 7.62 mm DT machine gun used on the T-38.
