1:72 Bedford MWC Water Bowser Truck (Late production) IBG 72164 model kit

The Bedford MW series was produced by Vauxhall Motors from 1939 and became the standard 15-pounder truck of the British Army, while the specialized MWC variant, equipped with a 450-gallon (about 2,000 liters) tank, played a key role in providing troops with drinking water during operations in the deserts and tropics. The late-production version featured a simplified metal cab roof and modified lighting, which facilitated mass production in wartime conditions. Due to their reliability and functionality, many Bedford MWC trucks continued to be used for civilian purposes long after the end of hostilities.
